低温环境下喷油参数对柴油机燃烧和排放的影响Influence of fuel injection parameters on combustion and emissions of diesel engine under low temperature environment

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究低温环境下柴油机不同喷油参数(喷孔个数、喷油夹角、喷油提前角)对缸内燃烧和排放性能的影响,建立某型号直喷式柴油机三维模型,对低温环境下柴油机不同喷油参数进行燃烧模拟。结果表明:喷油参数会对喷油持续期、燃油空间分布、燃烧室底部凹坑内涡旋、燃油喷雾的穿透距离和扩散角度、燃油与空气混合时间和混合效果等方面产生作用,从而影响到柴油机的燃烧和排放性能;喷孔个数为8、喷油夹角为150°、喷油提前角为18℃A BTDC(上止点前)时,柴油机在低温环境下可获得最佳动力性。研究得到了低温环境下喷油参数对柴油机燃烧和排放的影响机制,可为低温环境下柴油机喷油参数的优化提供参考。
